Road-Rail Switcher Locomotive

1. Application

HTGT-B Road-Rail Switcher Locomotive adopts diesel engine as driving power, hydraulic transmission, rear-axle rubber tyre driving mode, which is applicable for wet and sliding surroundings with much oil and water. The Locomotive, which is supplied with fully hydraulic steering mode, stepless speed change and hydraulic railway guiding device, can be used for traction and shunting of railway wagons. Such type of road-rail locomotive has been widely used for small and medium tonnage shunting operations in large enterprises, cargo yard, grain depot, local railway, port, oil field, mineral area etc. with specialized railway tracks. Comparing with railway locomotive, road-rail locomotive has features like low cost, convenient operation, low maintenance and repair cost etc.
