Sand/Shot Blasting Room
Sand blasting room is mainly used for sand/shot blasting and derusting of carbody, bogie and underframe of railway rolling stock. This kind of sand blasting room adopts the technology of reinforced honeycomb sand sucking floor, it is no need to use the bucket elevator, belt-conveyer or mechanical operation parts during the circulation of abrasive materials. It can reach low wear, less technical fault, less operation failure and reduced maintenance work by using honeycomb sand sucking system.

1) Saving construction cost without constructing deep pits;
2) Reducing the operation failures without mechanical devices such as winch, bucket elevator, belt conveyer, etc.
